Secure Remote contracting.

Contract is mailed, scanned signed by both parties. Landlord will give information so that identity can be estableshed securely before sending any money.

When booking one month fee is paid to landlord account. Deposit is two month rent. The booking fee will be used as half of the deposit. Reamaining deposit is paied latest one weak after arrival. Deposit will be given back when leaving if cleaning is OK and there is no dammage etc.
Contract can be cancelled with short notice the first week after arrival if the housing in any way does not correspond to information given.
