EUROVISION MUSIC CONTEST SPECIAL OFFER
The studio is normally let long term to one or two persons. It will now be let daily during the end of April and all May. Prices depend on what day during this period. Discount for longer stay possible.
Communication: x minutes total time to Eurovision with bus and train. Y minutes to Malmö city center with bus and train. Cost around YYY.
Cost for cab is normally 400 to 700 depending of time of day.
Transportation will be crowded during the Eurovision, aspecially cab will be very difficult.
Arrangement can be done for convenient transportation with car driven by the landlord.
The furniture will be arranged according to the needs of the tennants.
-The desk will be taken away togethe with the recliner. If the guest want it to stay it can be discussed. Additional kitchen table chairs.
-Up to three folding beds will be available enabling four guests. (The desk is then removed).

Parking can be arranged.
Calm villa area from the 60s. 400m from student campus with resturants, shops, fitness center/Gym and indoor Swimming. 10 minutes walk to the university, supermarkets, postal services, shops, Ideon, SonyEricsson etc.
2 km from city center. Busrides every 10 minutes to city center, but bicycle recommended (quicker).
100m to park area for e.g. jogging.

High speed Internet (wifi) for online meetings, heating, hot water, furniture, kitchen stuff etc. included in rent. No additional costs!
