INFO GV Studio

This studio is in the basement, however very bright with big windows 

Laundry is shared with the house.
You can access the house to reach the laundry and to socialize.

You have your own entrance from the outside. 
University, city center, shops piza etc is closeby.

Everything is included. Only personal stuff needed.

The  Studio is 33sqm in total of which 24sqm is the main room.

In the other part of the hous there are 5 students sharing the rest of the house.
 

You have full acces to the garden (1200m2) for barbecu etc.

The situation is quiet and undisturbed.
